Johanna is specialised in autism assessments and interventions including administering the The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Second Edition (ADOS-2). ADOS-2 is an activity-based assessment administered by trained clinicians to evaluate communication skills, social interaction, and imaginative use of materials in individuals who are suspected to have autism spectrum disorder. Post- assessment we offer individualized communication interventions that meet the patient’s needs as people on the autism spectrum are unique in their presentation and at different points in the spectrum, with varying degrees of severity.

Language Based Learning Disability refers to a whole spectrum of difficulties associated with young children’s understanding of spoken and written language. These include listening, speaking, reading, writing, and doing maths calculations. These kids can read a dtory and not be able to tell what it is about, or say the alphabet but struggle to sound out spelling words, etc.
